McLaren Software Receives
SAP NetWeaver Certification
SAP is one of the most commonly installed enterprise applications within the customer base of Enterprise Engineer. Historically, McLaren has provided integrations with SAP R2 and mySAP on a customer-by-customer basis; typically allowing the inquiry of asset, costing and project information with content managed by Enterprise Engineer.
In August 2006, McLaren attained a “Certified for SAP” and “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” accreditation for Enterprise Engineer. This is our first step on which to build further integrations with NetWeaver supported SAP applications. A long term aim is for Enterprise Engineer to become an SAP xApp, as the requirement to manage structured data and content within a single business-driven application becomes a natural evolution.
Please take a minute and tell us weather your company uses SAP and provide some insight into future SAP / Enterprise Engineer integrations.
