Customer Advisory Board Meeting Update
The Enterprise Engineer Customer Advisory Board (CAB) convened on October 8 – 10, in Seattle, Washington. The meeting was hosted by Weyerhaeuser at their corporate
headquarters. During the CAB meeting, many key items were discussed and reviewed. Highlights include:
- Project Vogue Review – CAB participants reviewed McLaren’s strategy for the next generation Work Manager user interface, and participated
in hands on prototype focus sessions.
- SAP Integration Roundtable – A roundtable discussion was held to review requirements for integration with plant maintenance applications.
- Records Management Integration Roundtable – A roundtable discussion was held to review requirements for integration with back end records
management applications.
- Partner Presentation - McLaren technology partner, AutoDesk, introduced their new Plant solutions and demonstrated their P&ID solution including
a prototype integration with Enterprise Engineer.
- Rapid Success Program Update - Enterprise Engineer
for Assets customers provided feedback on the Rapid Success program and learned how Sacramento
Municipal Utility District’s project has progressed.
- Product Management Session – Customers were able to “Place their Vote” and rank upcoming product requirements with McLaren’s
product management team.

Microsoft Gold Certification
McLaren awarded 2008 Gold Partner Status
We are pleased to announce that McLaren software has attained Microsoft Gold Partner status for 2008 in the Microsoft Information Worker and ISV competencies. The
Information Worker competency covers all Microsoft’s Information Worker technologies, including the 2007 Microsoft Office System and ECM related products. The
Microsoft ISV competency provides McLaren with access to many Microsoft resources to enable roadmap alignment and support.
The accreditation reflects McLaren’s levels of investment, resources and alignment with Microsoft technologies, including support of Office 2007 by Enterprise Engineer
and the development of Enterprise Engineer as a Microsoft Office Business Application (OBA).

EMC D6 Readiness Certification
EMC Documentum version 6 (D6) is upon us, and we are pleased to announce that Enterprise Engineer has received the D6 Readiness certification.
